The 4th Eko International Film Festival coming up 18-23 November,2013 has really gotten a boost by endorsement by Lagos State Government.
Currently submissions are being received from different countries like Iran, Serbia, Holland, South Africa, Germany, France, Spain, United Kingdom, USA, Uganda, Australia, India, Nigeria and Nigerians in Diaspora.
An Oscar Nominated film DAM999 have been submitted for this year’s film festival

DAM999 had been shortlisted for five Oscar nominations in 3 categories (Best Picture, Best Original Score and Best Original Music), nominated for Golden Rooster Awards 2012 to be held at China and won two Global Music Awards ,Best International Feature Film, Special Jury Award, Best Movie of the Festival at International Film Festival for Environment, Health, and Culture 2013, declared Best English Film at Sangli Film Festival and adjudged as ‘Judges Favorite’ at International Film Festival – Antigua Barbuda.
‘DAM 999’ has also selected at various global film festivals such as Tehran Film Festival, Jaipur International Film Festival, Kuala Lumpur Eco Film Festival, Malaysia, Chain NYC Film Festival, USA, Louisville’s International Festival of Film, USA and Trinity International Film Festival, USA.
