Serious Buyers are needed to pick up this BLCO product at the most Buyer friendly procedures. I'm bringing this products to your knowledge because I know it to be from a reliable source. Kindly peruse the procedures below and confirm to me:

PROCEDURE 1- TTO 81-5

SELLER'S PROCEDURE TTO:
1. SELLER AND BUYER SIGN AND SEAL THE CONTRACT AND EXCHANGE THE SIGNED COPY BY ELECTRONIC MAIL. THE ELECTRONIC SIGNED COPY BY BOTH PARTIES IS CONSIDERED LEGALLY BINDING.

2. BUYER RETURNS THE SIGNED CONTRACT WITH ATB FORMAT, INSPECTOR/SUPERCARGO AND TUGBOAT DETAILS.

3. SELLER ISSUES A RE-ASSIGNED ATB/CLEARANCE TO THE BUYER’S INSPECTOR/SUPERCARGO FOR BOARDING AND Q&Q IN NIGERIA WATER.

4.BUYER CONFIRMS ATB AND PLACES BG OF N20MILLION OR SWIFT MT799 OF N20MILLION IN SELLER'S ACCOUNT.

5. BUYER’S INSPECTOR/SUPERCARGO GO ON BOARD SELLER’S LOADED VESSEL TO CONFIRM PRODUCT.

6. AFTER CONFIRMATION OF PRODUCT, BUYER RELEASES THE BG/MT799 OF N20MILLION INTO SELLER ACCOUNT FOR LOGISTICS AND DOCUMENTATION. THIS WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM TOAL COST OF PRODUCT.

6. BUYER CONFIRMS SUCCESSFUL Q AND Q REPORT, AND PLACES AN IRREVOCABLE, TRANSFERABLE AND DIVISIBLE CASH BACKED MT103/23 TO SELLER’S ACCOUNT FOR THE TOTAL CARGO.

7. SELLER CONFIRMS PLACEMENT OF MT103/23 BY BUYER, AND INTRODUCES BUYER TO VESSEL HANDLERS FOR FULL CHARTERING OF VESSEL.

8.  BUYER PLACES FULL CHARTER ON VESSEL AND PAYS FOR THE TOTAL CARGO INCLUDING ALL COMMISSIONS, VIA SWIFT TRANSFER WITHIN  48 HOURS.

9. SELLER CONFIRMS PAYMENTS IN THE VARIOUS ACCOUNTS AND RELEASES THE CARGO DOCUMENTS TO BUYER IN HIS NAME.

10. PAYMENT SHALL BE MADE BY THE BUYER ACCORDING TO THE QUANTITY OF PRODUCT SUPPLIED BY SELLER, AFTER WHICH THE BUYER WILL RECEIVE ALL THE NECESSARY LOADING DOCUMENTS, AND VESSEL SAILS TO BUYER’S DESTINATION.


PROCEDURE 2- TTO $12/8
(Buyer MUST be a foreigner with a good foreign Bank in USA or EUROPE and he would sign contract himself)

1. Buyer issues LOI. Buyer and Seller sign Contract (SPA) and forward copy to their respective Banks. Electronic signed copy of Contract is considered binding and enforceable.

2. Buyer issues to Seller the Buyer’s ATB Format, which shall include the nominated Inspection Company’s contact details and a photocopy of the Supercargo’s passport data page(s) and Tugboat details.

3. Seller issues verifiable Marine ATB and Clearance for Buyer’s Supercargo and Inspectors to board.

4. At Buyer’s own expense, Buyer’s inspectors and Supercargo board loaded vessel BLUE LINE to confirm the cargo and conduct Quality and Quantity (Q&Q) inspection.
NOTE:
(If Buyer wants loaded vessel to move to International waters/Cotonou/Ghana waters, after receiving MATB and Buyer Supercargo & Inspector boards in Nigerian Waters at Buyers' cost to confirm loaded cargo; Buyer then MUST post a BG/SBLC via MT-760/Pre-Advice MT-103 in favour of the Seller value at US $1,000,000 for vessel to sail to International waters, Buyer Inspector carry out Q&Q and Buyer pay's balance of Invoice.)

5. Q&Q report is sent to both Seller and Buyer and their respective banks, and Buyer and Seller confirm Q&Q Tests Results.

6. Buyer SWIFT’s MT103 or BG in favor of Seller for entire loaded cargo.

7. Seller issues Commercial Invoice for the value of the measured barrels as determined by the Q&Q report, and collates and transfers all shipping documents and vessel Charter in Buyer's name.

8. Payment for the full Cargo is effected by the Buyer’s Bank via KTT SWIFT WIRE TRANSFER to Seller’s designated Account and to all Agents, Facilitators and Consultants within 48 hours after Tanker-Take-Over by the Buyer.

9. Buyer takes over the Vessel.

10. Vessel sails to Buyer’s POD. Transaction is closed and next shipment is scheduled.


PROCEDURE 3- TTO 81-5

1)Buyer counter-signs spa and return with (a)Supercargo/Inspector ID and phone numbers (b)Tugboat details (c) copy of bank Draft or managers cheque of 10m.

2)Seller direct their logistics handlers to take buyer's supercargo/Inspector on board via an Invitation Letter to confirm product on the loaded vessel and carry out QnQ inspection in Nigeria water.

3)Immediately after confirmation of cargo, bank Draft or managers cheque of 10m becomes cashable by seller to cover logistics. Buyer's supercargo remains on board while inspector takes sample for QnQ

4)Seller sends soft copies of all official cargo documents in BUYER'S name to buyer for payment.

5)Buyer bank SWIFT MT103 for full cargo into Seller's account and that of all commissioned agents/facilitators.

6)Seller logistics handlers introduce buyer to vessel owners and buyer re-charter vessel

7)Hardcopies of all necessary docs are handed over to the buyer and vessel sails.




PROCEDURE 4- TTO 84-4

After signing SPA, Buyer bank officer to write seller bank officer requesting ATB/Clearance then Seller issues MATB/Clearance. Buyer's ATB format must include tugboat or chopper details.
