It is primarily created as an annual platform that will produce a QUEEN that symbolises the historical relevance of all mining expeditions in the world with particular attention to Enugu.

As such, the essence of this pageant is not limited to any particular geographical area, state or country, rather, this pageant stands for all human habitation where mining exploration occurred around the globe.
