good day to you all the web developers in the house. I am an intermediate web developer still learning stuffs but theres something I would like the experienced developers to shed more light on. its about how big Companies and tech startups source for there development team outside Nigeria(jumia,dealdey,irokotv, etc),is it that web developers aren't good enough or they are out pricing themselves and also what things web developers in Nigeria are lacking that is hindering us from getting our talent shown to Nigeria and the world at large and what are ways or platforms which could let developers earn more for their services....
