.

As an adult, red meat should be eaten sparingly. It has lots of saturated fats: mostly stearic acid and palmitic acid.

Palmitic acid (also in red palm oil) is now seen as particularly bad because it doesn't desaturate (become healthier unsaturated fat compared to even the not so good stearic acid) during metabolism.

NOTE: red palm oil contains vitamin A that is good for us but not in too much quantity to avoid too much saturated fat.
At least this is more or less current medical biochemical view.

In farming communities of the past when energy output was almost more than intake due to hard work, palm oil would have been ok. Eating lots of meat in oily soup and sitting in AC office/shop all day can't be good.

Therefore not healthy.

Reduce red meat, eat more poultry and even more fish, and of course fruits and veg.

Peace.
