Let me explain a little better. If you have been searching online for cars, and I have been searching online for a school to do my PHD. When you open our nation's official website, you will get ads abouts cars and il get about schools. The webmasters of our nation's website does not decide the ads put up. Its done by advertising companies, who use the cookies on your browser to decide what to advertise to you.

The only blame I put on our govt's website admin is for putting an ad space on the website. Such top official websites shouldnt allocate space to ad agencies to utilize.

The developers fault or the developers are helping xteenporn to build backlinks and traffic which is bad in both cases not on a national website , the perpetrators should face the law, ads should not be on the National website, cos they should not be looking to make the pittance we make from such ventures, the nations website should be funded well by the govt to be completely devoid of ad networks
