network providers provide the chance of trying up to 3 times.

so, the possibility of guessing a correct recharge card is 3 out of 1 trillion or 3 out of 1 tetrallion.

ayomidis: Guy the permutation or combination u put up there is simply considering there is only 1 pin to guess..
So considering the number of 12 digit pins (mtn) reeled out daily amounting to sevral millions then its quite quizzical how one cannot guess a pin correctly..
But considering the fact that there is a trial limit then the possibility is not out of question as stated above...so i say its possible but only with a very very slim chance!
