Foe or better still Enemy. Those guys so misuse their office. The annoying thing is that zikites dont know their rights. We give those guys too much respect and they dont reciprocate. I won't be surprised if DOT guys too start slapping students at bus stands. Zikites are so so timid.

This same Egboka with the then director of pre-sc as at 2010 told us thesame thing. We were even asked to pay a thousand naira each for the certificate. Some of us(me included) paid, but to our surprise, they never issued us any certificate after collecting our money. I no even know where my deposit slip dey sef. Unizik and money
