really, hv been taking Lipton tea, though with milk n little sugar for d past one year, I didn't actually lose weight but it helped to burn excess belly fat, I noticed when 1 moved I belt hole backwards, though it causes insomnia at the onset.

It contains way less calories than cocoa but the caffeine content could keep you awake if you consume too much. Same thing goes for green tea

Lipton black tea for weight loss works! But it is important that you eat like someone that wants to loose weight.
