This was d suprise the Lagos govt gave us this week even during emergency one is ask 2 produce a tax clerance OR no treatment. |

Pray this is not true, how, for crying out loud, is health care supposed to be based on one ability to pay tax and even in emergency? What govt do we have in Nigeria for Christ's sake? I just hope this is not true. |
