Arsenal Can Win The Epl This Season-wenger by olasha1(m): 10:55am On Oct 19, 2013
**Do you think Arsene Wenger is
dreaming
Arsenal manager, Arsene Wenger has
assured fans of his ambition to win the
Premier League title this season after
eight years without winning any form
of trophy.
For close to a decade now, the Gunners’
fans have watched in agony as their
club continually make a place in the
UEFA Champions League their only
achievement and also recently losing
cup competitions to lower division
teams. Wenger is looking to avoid a
similar situation this season to make
sure there is no stone unturned to
bring silverware to the Emirates.
Having been at the centre of all round
criticism from the club fans and
football pundits across the world, the
Frenchman now believes Arsenal’s
worst days are behind and is hopeful to
win the title this year.
“Last season, we had a difficult start,
but from the end of November to the
beginning of May we redressed the
results, the biggest disappointment –
and for the first time in 17 years – was
we lost in the cup competitions to
lower division teams,” Wenger said.
“The Premier League is tight again this
season. We need your [the fans']
support. We’ve had moments at the
Emirates where we’ve not had that. But
it’s our job to also inspire you.”
“We have huge ambition to win the
league this season. At the end of May
I’m confident we can have a very good
meeting,” the Gunners manager
concluded.
Arsenal defender, Nacho Monreal also
shares his manager’s views with
greater optimism “I would not say just
one [trophy], I would say a few. Of
course that is very tough to achieve,”
“The Premier League is very difficult,
the Champions League, these are
major trophies but we are on a good
run. We are top of the table, it is still
early doors, but we will take every
game as it comes and at the end
hopefully we’ll win a title.” Monreal told
the club’s official website.
Arsenal are currently top of the Premier
League table by virtue of a superior
goal ratio. They have amassed 16
points from seven games and are level
on points with second placed Liverpool.

Actually, I can't read all 'these' wtite up BUT so far Mikel Obi grin can put a goal behind the net after 7 years of playing for Chelsea in the EPL, I see no reason why Arsenal Fc won't be able to lift the Epl trophy especially with their current form...though Wenger still need to step up the tempo by adding more experience players in January.
