Almost all banks using Finacle seems to have some delay.

I've visited the bank countless times....the most recent being Wednesday I was already at the bank at 7:55am sef before dem open... and after few moment on his computer... the dude in charge.told me it's done and confirmed only for the portal to deny me access again...

There are some programming stuffs which connects the payment details to the students database. While the payment may have reflected in the school account, it may not have given the school portal the go ahead to let you do your registration.
This should be corrected manually.
