A Corporate Service Provider company seeks for a motivated and focused individual to fill this position:

Responsibilities:
• As their Client service officer you will be responsible for driving their customer service strategy and implementation.
• The individual will plan, co-ordinate and control the activities of the customer service team to maintain and enhance customer relationships and meet organisational and operational objectives.
• The individual will work with the rest of the team to drive the deployment of our customer satisfaction and retention plans amongst other things.
• The Client Service Manager will handle the business end of the enterprise, providing the core link between the group and the clients.
• Play a leadership role in the development of proficient Customer.
• Relationship Management processes and applications.
• Develop, optimize and implement business models for retention of company's customer base.
• Provide directions and advice on Customer Relationship Management activities and ensure monthly reporting.
• Identify and implement processes to improve and ensure accuracy of customer data.
• Managing the Customer Care telephone lines.
• Ensure key customer memorable events are promptly acknowledged


Qualifications and Requirements:
• Minimum of OND in a related field.
• Must be able to handle the day to day responsibilities
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Computer literate
