A Corporate Service Provider company seeks for a motivated and focused individual to fill this position:

Job Summary:
• The Project Manager will be an experienced professional with demonstrated skills, expertise, and knowledge in project coordination
• Establish and maintain effective employee relations.
• Provide documented and accurate monthly Purchasing reports to the Financial Controller, General Manager showing the activity status and Performance targets.
• Activity Planning and Sequencing
• Coach, mentor and develop team members to meet current and future business requirements.
• Reviews production and operating reports; resolves operational manufacturing and maintenance problems to minimize cost and operational delays.
• Model the expectation for a culture of safety by demonstrating safe, best work practices.
• Troubleshoots unusual or difficult issues requiring coordination and communication across cross-functional departments.
• Conducts departmental staff meetings and familiarizes team with policies and practices.
• Communicates daily production performance and day to day issues.
• Motivates teams by conducting performance evaluations, coaching for improvement and initiating plans to show teams why work goals and objectives are important.
• Ensures established costs, quality and delivery commitments are met or exceeded
• Develop and implement action plans to address root causes of failures and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• The candidate should possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as business administration and accounting.
• He/she should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Should be able to manage business effectively; excellent accounting knowledge is a plus.
• He/she must possess excellent interpersonal and communications skills in English, with mastery of oral and written communications techniques sufficient to plan and present briefings to senior officials, General Manager and others.
• Considerable ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with other employees and customer representatives
• Proficiency in one or more local language(s).
• Good understanding of the Nigerian / African business and operation environments and markets
• Business savvy and good people skills
• Visionary & strategic thinker and ability to convert this to action.

Remuneration:
• Commensurate with experience and education
