He probably does not know why universities are rated. Notwistanding, I won't blame him since he only knows how to pile more and more millions, own fleet of jets and maybachs. Pastor jet, unis are graded with history and numbers of verified, innovative research breakthrough. And these breakthrough must contribute immensely to the development of our world not theoretical first class hand-over
