I have been supervising the building of a four bedroom bungalow for an uncle in osun state,each of the rooms ensuite,the house has two sitting rooms(one is bigger),a very big kitchen,dinning area and visitors toilet.pls i have taken it to the lintel level I need advice on what next because I don't wanna make mistakes I did earlier which proved costly.pls I need detailed explanation on roofing and things that will follow,thanks in anticipation

Good day, Please can u post the floor plan of your bungalow? For you to roof ur house, it depends on ur cash and what u like. For aluminium there is 0.35, 0.45 and 0.55 gauges with different prices. It will cost you between 900k to 1m to roof ur house. Go through this trend.
