Barely 48 hours after blind indigenes of Imo state marched to the government house, Owerri in protest of what they described as ‘malicious negligence and insincerity’ on the part of Governor Rochas Okorocha of Imo state, over 200 disabled persons Wednesday besieged Owerri, the Imo state capital in Imo state.
