Family members of Late Ikemba Nnewi, Chief Odumegwu Ojukwu are claiming the Widow Bianca Ojukwu is greedy and a liar.

This was contained in a 19 paragraph statement filed before a Lagos High court sitting at Igbosere. The family challenged Bianca to prove her claims in the suit she filed on behalf of her two underage children, Afamefuna and Nwachukwu in the suit number LD/1539/2012.

Bianca Ojukwu Nigeria's Ambassador to Spain, filled the suit asking the court to declare her children as entitled and to take possession of the property at number 29, Oyinkan Abayomi street, Ikoyi ,Lagos. “until the harmonisation of the management and administration of the assets of the first defendant (OTL)”. And also the property at 13 Hawksworth Road, Ikoyi, 32A ,Commercial Avenue, Yaba, Lagos, 30 Gerard Road, Ikoyi and 30 McPherson Avenue, Ikoyi.

The Family members said that prior to the Late Ikemba's demise, for over 12 years Ojukwu never lived at any of the properties because he moved to Enugu.
