goodday all, my question goes all and sundry.does it mean mobile telecom operators and intelligence experts cant use tracking methodology to reach and apprehend terrorists,kidnappers and other criminals?i thought the use of sim registration was to give details of users and to aid in crime detection.please enlighten me |
