connected to my phone to know the location of the 2nd
person in conversation,and if not refer me to any company

You sound like you lost something. I was in your shoes not long ago when my car was stolen with fones and all. The damned robbers were still using the fone. In naija now, the closest you could do is get the base station that the phone is getting signals from and it is far from accurate. Which network are u interested in doing that on?
