It is more easy to be a first class holder in federal university than in state university.......Federal Universities offer few courses unlike State universities that offer voluminous courses which makes it more easier for them to read over and over again.....Aside that there are various things that help students in federal universities than students in state universities....Students in state universities tend to suffer more to b a first class holder than students in federal universities...they have better infrastructures than state universities.
