Our source following the story for quite some time now revealed that Tony Nwoye refused billions of Naira offered to him to step down for Ukachukwu, who happens to be the favorite of Governor Peter Obi. The refusal of Tony Nwoye is not unconnected with his godfather Author Eze, who is also in the good book of President Jonathan. The refusal of Tony Nwoye to take the billions of Naira offered to him was the reason for the prolonged court cases. Some days ago the president intervened and brokered a peace between Author Eze and Governor Obi which according to our source, the deal allowed Tony Nwoye to remain the flag bearer of PDP and to govern Anambra state for just one term of 4 years while Obi candidate will take the second tenure which will give him the more opportunity to contest for the presidential seat of the country under PDP.

President Jonathan will on Saturday move Aso Rock from Abuja to Anambra State for a heavy campaign trail that Anambra state has never witnessed before. The president will also try to checkmate Ngige and APC party which for now seems unstoppable. During the campaign, a large amount of money will as well move around and many eminent personalities will cross carpet to PDP. It is also espected that some party Guber candidates may step down for Tony Nwoye of PDP. In a few days' time, Governor Peter Obi will fly out of the country with some party stalwarts to facilitate the complete surrender of APGA to PDP.Paffcomm maintains that the Guber race in Anambra state will be a two-horse race between PDP and APC.
