Uruguay players again accused Nigeria of age cheating in the ongoing FIFA U-17 World Cup in the United Arab Emirate. Uruguay captain stated this after their 2-0 quarter-final loss to the Golden Eaglets, the team they accused of above the age 17 of the FIFA World Cup. Iran was the first team to accused Nigeria when they were thrashed by Golden Eaglets on their way to the quarter-final, the current tirade from the Uruguayans is the second stinging attack that the Eaglets were going to get here. “I am very angry to think that Nigeria are not 17. If they defeated Nigeria, the Eaglets would have been of proper age, but as they're trounced & out-classed, they're also free to say whatever they like. Meet again at the World Cup. |
