I have been observing some comments in this forum that there are no jobs in America but I want to tell every hardworking Nigerian living in America to be resourceful. United State Postal Service is currently recruiting massively in Los Angeles. Several Counties including LA, Orange and Riverside Counties are also recruiting. Many hospitals are recruiting and most of them pay $12/hr minimum. The good part of this is that it takes just a little commitment to get these jobs. One can go online and apply for USPS job but you need to prepare well for their test. Once you pass the test, I tell you, you MUST get a job with them even if it's a temporary job. One can as well apply for County jobs through their websites(google them). I also know a school one can earn a Nursing Assistant certification with just $900 and get a CNA job in a hospital. I have contacts in some security companies where one can get an easy job for a start and build from there. Please, Nigerians in LA, take these opportunities and let us continue to make our dear country Nigeria proud. Peace
