B-R-E-A-K-I-N-G News! Arrested OSUN APC Are Not Mechinaries, But Our State Election Observers. - Osun State APC Spokesman. **the party members are in in Owerri, Imo for election monitoring training due to its proximity to Anambra & cheap hotel cost. **Imo Police is been used to prevent legitimate monitors from observing the election process. The spokesman for the APC Osun state, have claimed that arrested political thugs are from their state and that they are not thugs, but official Osun APC election monitors for the November 16, 2013 governorship election. "I'm now in Imo to verify the rumor making the round that APC members were arrested. "My findings here have shown that there is no known APC member amongst those arrested, but our official election monitors. "The group arrested are INEC accredited election monitors from Osun state. The NGO chose to assemble their members for training in Owerri, Imo state due to its proximity to Anambra and cheap hotel cost. I found out that the training they were having was in conformity with INEC regulations for election monitors. NGO leaders are trained by INEC and mandated to train their functionaries before deployment. In fact, I found out that INEC original trainers are in Owerri. "It appears Imo Police is been used to prevent legitimate monitors from observing the election process particularly because they are from a staunch APC state that has no respite for PDP. "No ammunition or voters card was with the monitors except Imo police would manufacture some tomorrow morning, luckily the guys have spoken to the press before the police could become too wise about it. - Hope For Nigeria. We should get something straight here. Observers are not party agents.observers are non-govermental organisations that monitors the conduct while agents are found in each polling boots representing each party. Again i ask when did political parties become observers please i need answers because am confuse here |

Why are we all doing like we are all learners, this is the way elections are won and lost nah. It is a matter of who can out-rig the other. |
