the Inspector General of Police, Mr.
Mohammed Abubakar, security
orderlies still followed their principals
with arms to polling units.
At the Aguluzoigbo townhall wars 1
in Anaocha LGA, where the national
chairman of APGA, Chief Victor Umeh,
cast his vote, plain cloths security
officers armed with riffles were
observede to have escorted their
principal to the unit for accreditation.
No fewer than eight security
personnel had followed Umeh fully
armed to the polling unit.
Meanwhile, there was no visible
number of security monitoring team
to arrest the erring personnel as
promised by the IG when the order
was given.
