The attached picture is a flyover started by the ohakim administration. Guess what? It's now an abandoned project as Rochas has decided that his solution is to build roundabouts around all of them.... Please what stops him from finishing this project? Does it mean all the funds sunk into starting it is a waste? What kind of mentality is this supposed to be? Examples are the supposed flyovers at orji and amazonian where the pillars have already been constructed... |
