TRANSACTION PROCEDURES:


1. Seller signs and seals the contract and dispatches to the Buyer in form of email. Signed contract is lodged in both parties’ banks. Electronic signed contract is legally binding and acceptable by both parties.

2. Buyer returns signed SPA immediately with full ATB format and a scanned copy of a bank draft of twenty million naira (20,000,000.00) cashable upon confirmation of product.

3. Seller issues Marine ATB and naval clearance to buyer’s supercargo and inspector and board them immediately for confirmation of product and Q and Q analysis.

4. Upon confirmation of product, draft is cashed and Inspector takes sample of product and conduct Q and Q, After Q&Q copies of result are sent to buyer’s bank.

5. Upon Q and Q buyer places a divisible and discountable MT103/23 for the cost of the entire cargo.

6. Seller then introduces buyer to vessel handlers to enable buyer charter vessel for one way voyage to buyer’s destination.

7. All necessary cargo documents are changed to the buyer’s name and sent to buyer’s bank for confirmation

8. All commissions and cost of cargo paid, cargo is allowed to sail to buyer’s port of discharge.
