That won't handle games well.

If you want a gaming, video editing system (or one that would be handling some heavy software) go for one with intel graphics card 4400 at least (4000 is a little old school not to talk of this one with 3000), but there's higher 4800
Go for at least intel i5 (3rd or 4th generation), 6gig ram at least, with 2gig dedicated video ram.

And at least 1366 x 768 resolution, if you want to visual quality, go for 1080p which is 1920 x 1080.

Note that all this come at a price, not too much tho, but if you are interested in manufacturer refurbished (used nut returned to new condition) laptops or used, you could hit me up, even if its new you need, I could import for you (at lower price compared to what you'd get here)

I forgot to add most system hard-drive come with 5400rpm (revolution per minute), but some run faster at 7200rpm, useful for streaming data quickly from the hard drive when editing video or playing games (5400rpm does a good job too).

Bro HP 650 cannot in anyway handle recent games, nor can it handle heavy software smoothly (like video editing programs). It won't even handle games from last year. Its obvious that you only edit documents and do some mini tasks

A laptop that can handle recent games will handle anything thrown at it.
