All local government collation
officers were professors and
senior staff of University of Calabar. With
prof Jega and the state INEC
commissioner who is also a
professor and the VC of Unical, we can see that our
problems are not office holders but
the system.
With all the books they read and
write, they can't conduct free
election for less than 500,00 voters. Just one election, not
gubernatorial with house of
assembly, but just one ballot.
Our professors don fail us!!!
