@Op, no source? How much is in each account? You have to furnish us with details of transactions/deposit/balance. Many of those accounts may be dormant! This information is not tenable in a court of law, especially as there is no law stopping a private citizen from operating foreign accounts. if tinubu is a criminal, i think he is a lagos criminal and every state has its own criminals but nigeria has federal criminals who are responsible for the problems at federal levels.
