Nick Jonas is looking for a fresh start in more ways than one.
The Jonas Brothers, his band with older siblings Kevin and Joe, called it quits last month. Now, the 21-year-old has snapped up a $3.2 million home overlooking L.A.'s famed Sunset Strip where he can get inspired to write that new solo material.

Real estate website Redfin reports that the luxurious house, which measures 2,305 square feet, has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms, and a large private gate. Built in 1938, it offers beamed ceilings and retains many original details.
