How can one link an access database to form.i can create another database in Access,can also create a form on dreamweaver.but i dont know how to link them together or how they can work together.

you need to pick a programming language to use e.g ASP, PHP etc Then you can create a link

Tell me which server you host? Windows? or Unix/Linux?

MySQL and MS-SQL are different database hosting server but the same sql query language to store/retrieve database data.
