Procrastination is not just a thief of time, it steals destiny and money with it in the process. However, it seems very difficult to kill this monster. To cut a long story short, how do you avoid procrastination to get the prize of life that is yours?

1. Always Associate Poverty And All Negative Emotions With Procrastination: This works like hell. Do you know that pauper/church rat down the street? Train your mind to 'honestly' believe that its because the man is a procrastinator that made him wind up poor...believe me, you'd never rest till you've got a task accomplished!

2. Break Down That Task: You may wish to move mount Everest. Fine. However, break down the task into buying the gear that you'd use (abi, you go use bare hands?), eating the requisite food for the strength needed before the task etc. Generally, breaking down a task makes it more 'doable'. The mind is such a great coward, I tell you!

3. Learn From the Hands of the Clock: The clock has no bigger destiny than to keep time. Yet it does not rest for a second. Learn from it!! Also understand that whether you are doing what you're supposed to be doing or not, time is ticking by. Rise up and work!
