Hi guys,for those who already went for the interview,is it really a 3 - 4 months contract. I speak hausa fluently and I'm planning to call in the morning. But less than a year contract is not worth leaving my present job for.

He/She told u wrongly den.. All call centre jobs ar shift jobs. U work sum days, sum nyts nd sum off.. Dats why u can call customer care @ 1am nd sm1 wud pik it. So why wud dey nt b shift? U wan do 24hrs?

If u want to prove ur point, at least u don't have to take it personal because your last statement seems to be rude. I asked the nature of the job and the man said its not a 24 hour job. They said they need will give the customer care operators between 200-500 numbers to call and collect data and will be under a supervisor. He even said we might be working under long hours e.g. 6am-6pm. So its not the normal customer care job ur thinking. So my dear friend ask before u tell someone to go ask well!
