You saw them with their brooms in Abuja and Ibadan protesting against INEC on the conduct of the first polls but what was more funny apart from the fact that the APC supporters did not see the need to sweep that dirty slum of a city in Ibadan but the fact that no rally was held in the state in question.

Doesn't that give a pointer to the fact that APC has little or no support on ground in Anambra?

OP... MAYBE If APC rally in Anambra while election is yet to be concluded, may lead to Ngige disqualification...

How? A political rally is not the same as a genuine protest. And also the rallies and campaigns are supposed to end by 12 mid-night on the eve of the election.
No law stopped them from excising their fundamental rights to "cause confusion".
