1. Fall out from the merging of the nAPC governors and their state APC structures.

2. Fall out from the crisis that is bound to follow the national convention to elect new party leaders.

3. Fall from the primary to elect their presidential flag bearers.

4. Out come of the legal battle that will follow the cross carpeting of assembly members from PDP to APC

5. Fall from the disagreement that is bound to come out from the national conference.

6. Fall out from EFCC probes into the activities of their financials like Bukola, Amaechi, Tinubu etc

7. Fall out from states where their governors have no strong structures - Kwara, Nasarawa, Ekiti and Yobe

8. Disgruntle members that are bound to defect to PDP

9. Financial challenges as 2015 is going to be very capital intensive.
