A friend of mine has a bank facility for approx. N75m to trade pms/ago/dpk in lagos.

He has an offer from a tank operator in apapa to become a dealer under their company but they are offering him only N1 discount.

Can he get into offshore importing w/ that kind of money? prolly not right?
Can he get a better offer from any employees of the oil traders in apapa that may read this

What dyu recommend he does?

my advice is for him to be well tutored in forex ,learning all the tricks involved and risk management.He would make much more money from the comfort of his home with 75m from forex than trading on other anything outside pure crude oil(that is where the real oil money is)

Why not join the 'Oil & Gas Caucus' group on facebook website to meet genuine people for deals. I've made successful deals there with real people. You'll have the confidence that no shady person would want to risk his/her integrity with friends or family members since facebook is a social networking site that allows you to see those that are related to a member for true identity.
