PROCEDURES
1.] Seller And Buyer Sign And Seal Sales/Purchase Agreement With Their Full Banking Details Including Their Brokers Banking Details Both Parties Forward A Copy Of This Signed SPA Contract To Their Respective Banks.

2.] Buyers Sends a Bank Confirmation letter addressed to the seller company that the Buyer has sufficient fund to buy 2000,000 Barrels of Bonny Light Crude oil

3.) Upon the receipt of the BCL The seller shall authorise the issuance of MATB & Clearance to the Buyer nominated supercargo/inspectors to confirm the product already in Ghana waters.

4.)Buyer release USD1000,000 to the seller for logistics why the Buyer super cargo/inspectors will remain on board until the Q & Q, payment and vessel hand over by the seller. Q & Q result shall be delivered to the Buyer and seller within 6 hours.

5.] Upon successful Q & Q reports analysis, Buyer Releases full payment to the Seller and all Nominated accounts in the SPA via MT103 Telegraphic Transfer less the USD1000,000 logistics payment, while the seller will release all official NNPC Seller and Cargo documents to the Buyer.

7. Seller introduce Buyer to Vessel handlers for the re-charter, the vessels sails to the destination of the Buyer.
