OMG! Just take a second look at this picture and tell me it isn't a real photograph.

This incredibly realistic painting of Morgan Freeman by British artist Kyle Lambert has gone viral this week.

What’s so stunning about it? Perhaps it’s the fact that it looks like the original photograph shot by Scott Gries.

Or perhaps it’s the fact that he created the stunning image with just one finger on an iPad Air.

The 26-year-old Lambert, told Mashable that it took him one month to create the portrait of the actor all by using the iPad app Procreate. The artist is known for his hyper-realistic iPad paintings of celebrities such as Beyonce and Rihanna.

"It captures every brush stroke automatically and you can export it to the camera roll," he told the website of the app. "It has the best canvas size and ... video export. It’s the most like Photoshop."

To create such hyper-realistic images, Lambert says a tremendous amount of patience and attention to detail is needed.

"There is no real ‘secret’ to painting realistic images," he said. “It is all about going that extra mile and spending time on each and every area of your image. … The most important thing is to spend more time looking at what you are painting and less time presuming."
