Pls, I need your explanation for this. I just bought a new laptop charger and while I went to charge it in my neighbour's house,who was using gen, they restored public power supply. When I later plugged the charger, it was nt koming on. Could it be that the change over by my neighbour to public power without switch off the wall socket, would have caused the damage? Or is the charger a fake one?
