There appears to be a light at the end of TOEFL tunnel as the recent ban/suspension placed on test takers from Nigeria by ETS seems to have been lifted. I just checked for the dates and lo and behold, TOEFL tests will be conducted at some locations in Nigeria (Ibadan and Port Harcourt) starting from March 2014. Hallelujah for ETS's change of mind.
