Please I need a clean spacious 1 bedroom mini flat in Lekki Phase 1. My budget is 800k(minus agency and legal fees). I prefer somewhere close to Lekki Phase 1 gate. Prefer not on the ground floor, well ventilated, good neighbors, 24 hours water, manageable light, good access road, kitchen, bathroom, parlor and bedroom all clean. No fixes needed.
