Niger State Governor Babangida Aliyu has identified looting from government treasury as the major clock in the wheel of progress of the country.

Aliyu who spoke at the first election and convention of Bayero University Kano Alumni Association (BUKAA), said the excessive looting from government treasury makes it impossible for the country to have enough to attend to the demands of the striking members of the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU).
