Responsibilities:
• Office Administration i.e. day-to-day running of the office such as preparation of letters, data analysis, report writing, correspondences, proposals, memos etc.
• Ensure proper filling of business contract documents for easy accessibility and also ensure that official records are kept with Ms Word, Ms Excel, and Ms Access etc.
• Shall ensure Customers are properly attended to and their expectations are exceeded.
• Shall be responsible for marketing company products to potential clients
• Shall relate with the clients and ensure jobs are sealed and properly executed
• Business Analysis/Accounting

Qualifications and Requirements:
• OND/HND/B.Sc. in any related field
• Excellent use of Microsoft office tools are required
• Basic/Intermediate Accounting Skill is required.
• Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills are required
• Must have a passion for people, must be outspoken, have the ability to work under pressure and must be patient.
• Must be e-savvy and have good experience in the use of the Social Media.
• Good marketer and must be a team player.
