Starcomms is not the only ISP that cannot connect to those sites. When I use to go to cybercafes, I experienced such problems.

i just decided to connect to the sites you mentioned. i don't have problem connecting to those sites. Infact, any site for that matter.
but starcomms is very bad these days. the connection speed is very frustrating.
i am looking for alternatives now. if they can't do it alone, can't they just put the company up for sale? may be even sell to MTN
