The Integrated MoneyBox Investment Platform (IMIP) The Opportunity The Integrated MoneyBox Investment platform is an investment club sponsored by Integrated Capital Services Limited (ICSL) to enable Nigerian investors participate in the private placement opportunity being presented in the first mobile payments ecosystem in the West African subregion. MoneyBox Nigeria Limited is offering to sell 49.9% of its current total shareholdings by inviting discerning investors to purchase mimium of 100,000 units of MoneyBox shares at a price of N2.50 per share. We anticipate that investors will make significant capital appreciation in the next few years as MoneyBox rolls out its ecosystem across West Africa. About MoneyBox MoneyBox Nigeria Limited (“MoneyBox ” or the “Company”), is primarily a mobile payment service provider set up to deploy paybox® enterprise mobile commerce application to allow users virtually store and move money, make payments over distances and enable a host of transactions - all with the use of mobile phones. MoneyBox® provides individuals a simple way to save, store, spend and move money around by using scratch cards and evouchers on any mobile network. Any individual who can use a mobile phone can use MoneyBox®, whose bedrock is simplicity. Prospective customers can open MoneyBox® accounts very easily by purchasing a MoneyBox® kit from street agents, authorized shops and banks. Upon activating a MoneyBox® kit, customers can store funds by purchasing scratch cards, pay utility bills, settle trades, and send money to friends and relatives anywhere in the country. MoneyBox® creates the possibility of real-time banking functions at agent locations Financial Projections The company now intends to raise the sum of N1.2 billion (about US$10 million) through sale of 49% of its authorised shareholders’ equity to select investors via a private placement. The funds shall be used to finance the roll-out of MNL’s licensed mobile financial services platform in Nigeria, called MoneyBox® .
