I'm a corper presently in an IT firm, d pay is small and its a one man business but its fast growing, i once applied for service with first inland bank, and i just got acceptance letter from them, I started service April and they are just giving me letter july, I've also been told that I will be retained at the bank, now how do i leave my former company and its not possible for me to defer the offer.

I would suggest you go for the First Inland Bank offer. I can confirm that the pay is very reasonable and it offers a future. I work in a one man firm and I tell you its not always that rosy. Think about it and be prayerful.

I think you should go for the First inland Bank cos this one man business u cld never predict what will come up tomorow. And since you will be retained, that makes it better cos at least your near future is determined, U understand what i mean.
