nop,that what it keep poping up each time i try to open it

Bn playing PES for years now, just potted to fifa(fifa 14)and it hs been awesome but been havn some challengies trying to access world cup competitons, league cups, nations cups and other competions.

Don't worry about it, all you need to do is update your directx. I had your exact same problem, I did everything then one day I decided to download and install directx 9 and I also updated it.
Just do both (install and update directx) cos one of those fixed it. Thank me later
