Hello Nairalanders, Please I want to ask this question that has been on my mind for sometime now. I know most of you have also thought about it once or twice ? What actually happens when NEPA takes light? Does someone somewhere turn off a switch or what ? Please I need answers. |

Some times it's switched off from their office, other times it's due to a fault which causes a protective fuse to cut or damged wires. |
